Affiliate disclosure

How we earn
RARE Maisons is reader supported. Some links on our site to booking websites are affiliate links. If you click one and then make a booking, we may earn a commission from that website or from an affiliate network acting for it.
You never pay more because you used our link. The price is the same as going to that website directly.
How we label it
Affiliate links are marked as sponsored in our code, and every booking panel on our site carries a short note that links here. This notice is part of how we follow the US Federal Trade Commission's endorsement guides and the UK Competition and Markets Authority's guidance on clear disclosure.
Editorial independence
Hotels and booking websites cannot pay to be included in our collection, in the journal or in the annual list, and cannot buy a better position. Commissions never decide which hotels we choose or what we write about them. If a hotel no longer meets our standard, we remove it, whatever it earns us.
Prices
Rates shown are indicative, for two guests per night in the entry room category, checked on the date shown, usually before taxes and fees, and they change daily. The booking website shows the final price before you pay.
