Jumeirah Marsa Al Arab opened in 2025 in Umm Suqeim, beside the Burj Al Arab. Its shape is meant to look like a superyacht, and it has its own marina.

The suites are some of the largest in the city. The Pearl Suite covers 1,071 square metres, with a 460 square metre terrace built for parties of up to 80 guests. The Five Bedroom Royal Suite joins the Royal Suite to the rooms beside it, 1,048 square metres in all, with views from the Burj Al Arab to the Burj Khalifa.

The one bedroom Royal Suite is 664 square metres, almost half of it terrace, with a plunge pool and a treatment room. Every top suite has a butler and a kitchen.

On the ground there are four pools, a private beach and a spa spread over three floors.
