The Lana opened in 2024 on Marasi Drive in Business Bay. The tower is by Foster and Partners and stands on the Dubai Water Canal, about 20 minutes from the airport.

The interiors are by Gilles and Boissier. The Lana Royal Suite covers 355 square metres, including a 138 square metre terrace, with a formal dining room and a 180 degree view over Downtown Dubai, the marina and the Design District. The Marina Royal Suite runs the full length of the facade facing the Burj Khalifa.

The Marina Duplex Suite has a double height sitting room over Marasi Bay Marina,.

Jara is the restaurant of the chef Martín Berasategui, and Riviera is by Jean Imbert. There is a Dior Spa, and the infinity pool sits on the roof with the city all around.
