A hillside of stilted suites on the Lombok Strait beneath sacred Mount Agung, with a three tier infinity pool and a Beach Club on a private black sand beach.
Amankila rests on a hillside beneath the sacred Mount Agung on the east coast of Bali, looking over the Lombok Strait. Its stilted suites are linked by frangipani lined walkways through the treetops. It holds two MICHELIN Keys in the MICHELIN Guide's 2026 selection.
At its heart a three tier infinity pool steps down the slope, and the Beach Club leads to a private black sand beach. The restaurant at the top of the pools serves European and Indonesian cooking. The MICHELIN Guide notes the king size canopy beds and sunken soaking tubs, a sunrise cruise on the resort's traditional outriggers and a sunrise breakfast on Tamansari Hill, above Mount Agung and the strait.
The Amankila Two Bedroom Villa, 660 square metres, looks over the beach and Amuk Bay, with a large terrace and an aquamarine tiled pool. The Kilasari Pool Villa, 302 square metres, sits high on the hillside with an 11.7 metre infinity pool facing the Lombok Strait.
The Indrakila Pool Villa has its own pool and a lounging pavilion with sea and temple views, and the Ocean Pavilion, 94 square metres, stands on stilts with a wide terrace facing the strait and Mount Agung.
