Rosewood Hong Kong opened in 2019 as part of Victoria Dockside, a new arts and design district on the Kowloon waterfront. It is residential in feel, with interiors that read more like a private collector's apartment than a hotel.

Rooms are among the most generous in the city, the spa is a destination in itself, and the harbour views from the upper floors are as good as Hong Kong gets.
