The red villa above Positano, run by the same family since 1951.
1951opened
Le Sirenuse is the red villa above Positano, run by the Sersale family since they opened it as a hotel in 1951. John Steinbeck wrote about Positano in 1953.
Every sea view room looks over the domes and rooftops of Positano to the sea and the Li Galli islands. The Two Bedroom Suite joins a junior suite, a living room and a second bedroom, about 110 square metres in all. The One Bedroom Suites, on the top floors, have separate living rooms and two bathrooms. The Junior Suites Superior, about 49 square metres on the upper floors, have a sitting area and an oversized tub, and the sea view rooms all have an espresso machine.
The pool terrace is at the heart of the hotel, with the view across the bay. There is a spa and a gym, and in summer Le Sirenuse Mare opens on the beach below.
