Art Nouveau palace facing Bellagio, with a floating pool and T Spa.
Grand Hotel Tremezzo is an Art Nouveau palace in Tremezzina, on the western shore of Lake Como, facing Bellagio across the water. It is run by the De Santis family, who also own Passalacqua.
Its rarest stay is Villa Sola Cabiati, a neoclassical villa once owned by the Dukes of Serbelloni, with frescoes and the bed Napoleon and Josephine slept in. Its six suites sleep twelve, with a full staff, a pool in the rear park and a private jetty.
In the palace, Suite Greta is named for Greta Garbo and has a terrace over the lake. The Rooftop Grand Suite has a teak terrace along its whole length with a small jacuzzi pool.
The pool floats on the lake, and the hotel has its own T Spa.

A Neoclassical villa once owned by the Dukes of Serbelloni, with Tiepolo-school frescoes and the bed Napoleon and Josephine slept in. Six suites sleep 12, with a full staff including a butler and chef, a pool in the rear park and a private jetty.
Named for Greta Garbo, with a high-ceilinged living and dining room opening onto a 300 sq ft terrace over the lake, and a bathroom with a separate jacuzzi tub. The hotel calls it the top suite in the palace.
Set apart in the 18th-century Villa Emilia beside the spa, with a sitting room facing the lake and a bathroom with its own steam room and Lasa marble tub.
